Renee and Team, As a sales employee myself, I know how much it means to my team to hear positive customer feedback. As you noted in my first email, I was concerned about this transaction initially. Quite frankly, I was holding my breath that something would not be correct. And thankfully, I was wrong. Not only are your watches reasonably priced- and I mean that both ways because I saw "engraved watches" for $20 all the way up from there, the expeditiousness from order confirmation to delivery (without added fees, mind you), was far beyond my expectation for a custom product. The only reason why it took a week to be delivered is because we are not open on Saturdays, and yesterday was a holiday! And then... to open it up to see a beautiful piece of art...I am literally blown away! We give our 5 year employees the opportunity to choose an engraved watch of their choice (within budget). I will encourage our employees to look at your offerings from here on out! Well Done!
