Great Customer Service

I first emailed to find out what I could do about my watch because the glass cover had come off. I immediately get a response from Renee Thomas informing me exactly what to do. I followed her instructions and sent the watch off. I emailed her to let her know that I sent it off she responded when I got to watch it was immediately fixed as Avantwood replaced everything. The repair was done in a day and my sons watch was back to us in less than a week. The watch looks great the repair was wonderful and my son loves being able to have his watch back so I love the service, the repair, and the watches are already unique.
